No need for apologies. By my estimation, most people can stand to lose a few. I mean, most people didn't think i was a fat ass before i started losing and yet i've lost almost 20% of my body weight while recognizing i can still lose more.
Isn't it crazy how big we seem to be/are, in retrospect? I'm ashamed to look at some of those old pics of me LOL. I look completely different.

I've gotta say that the only time I've had to don one was for my HS prom, and even that one was pre-tied and affixed to the noose, or whatever the correct term is for the neck loop.
I don't know who you are.

I actually look pretty similar. My shape hasn't really changed. I look at myself and think, where the hell was all that weight?! There are some people here that have seen pics of me at 220 and i don't *think* they would categorize me as a fatty. Who knows, maybe my contacts are rose colored.

Don't get me wrong, i was much bigger. It's just my shape hasn't changed much. Everyone would tell me i don't look fat, even some of my wife's athlete friends just thought i was a meat monkey like 1moremod. Now i'm just a leaner version i guess.

I kind of wish my transformation would have been more substantial like yours. But then you are around 10% bf, which i am not and not really aspiring to. That shit takes nearly double the work at nearly double your age. lol

Maybe.... depends how close i get with the current effort i'm putting forth.

I ran distance in college - mostly 5k and 10k.

I was rail thin...more normal size for my height now. Could probably lose 15 lbs or so, but food is my friend

Haha I completely understand. I think because I've always had bigger shoulders and stuff I kinda hid my other extremities, but the problem was my clothes were all still "M" as I got bigger. so of course now I can definitely see (and feel) the difference.

People see me now and agree that I was more hefty in the past, but I guess that's part of the way you condition yourself and the goals you set, body-wise. I was at around 18% BF and didn't even know where I wanted to be. Just lifted weights and did HIIT for a year and when I checked again, I was down to 11%. I guess it's al in the consistency.

Trying new split. Only one body part per training session, biceps only, quads only and so on. Helps knowing you have to only crush one part and can leave. Did traps first yesterday and they are smoked.

You can take comfort in the fact that the pool water was a little chilly. About 78 degrees.
