what happened?

im a doctor and I have this discussion with my optometrist every couple years. I mean obviously if your eye starts to feel irritated or you work in dusty/dirty conditions its a good idea to take your contacts out more often.

It's like getting a terrible rash from wearing the same underwear for a week, so you cut back to wearing them for "only" 2-3 days, disgusting.
At least if you get a red eye, take them out right away and if your eye doesn't clear up in a day, seek professional help. A neglected corneal ulcer can eat through your eye in a few days if it's a virulent bug.
To answer the OPs question, as long as what you're using disinfects the lenses, the rest is a matter of personal preference.
If I could appreciate this post more. So right.

Like I said, "has to do with FDA approval" and some are quite close in production. Seems like they are producing and actually producing are not the same; for anyone who wears the same brand you can tell the difference between lens when they've been in your eye, dailies and monthlies don't always feel the same across brands.

Stop it. Seriously. I did that years ago & messed up my shit. Thankfully, doc gave me some drops & all was well in a few days. I take mine out every night.
