What panels are aluminium on the new X5?
Drove by a golf course by the Grand Floridian and a golf ball bounced on the road infront of me driving 50mph. Got me thinking.
What panels are aluminum on the new X5??? |

Per the technical documents the green panels are aluminum.

I'm glad they made the front quarter panels Aluminium. In the previous F15 model, the front quarter panels were plastic (or possibly carbon firer) - they certainly weren't metallic.
The Aluminium doors on the G05 explains the lack of a heavy/solid door thud when closing. |
