Depending on your dyno and conditions power would range anywhere from 440-460 to the wheels.

We have tuned the G05 before with much success and I am reaching out to our marketing team for dyno graphs.

Understood, in this case you can clearly see that. For Austin's car above he was not able to get a printout for the true stock run. Will work to see if we can obtain it from his end. Also waiting to see what other local data we have available. We typically use a dynojet and post videos, etc once the client(s) are ok with it.. any dealer cars we use for Demo cannot be posted.

thank you! I see, mustang dyno so the numbers will be lower than a dynojet ie they're more conservative.

let me clarify: assuming both dynos are calibrated properly and everything else is the same a DynoJet usually reads higher than a Mustang but the accuracty of either is not something I'll go into.

I take it the top most chart is stock then stage 1, 2?

This is a bad idea, this is a bad idea, this is a bad idea....dammit it's 45 minutes from me. I don't need 571 hp, but this seems like it'd be crazy fun.

I think the same. I almost buy it but asked for some advise from member in this forum and got some point to think about this. I need more information or honestly, need the review from real user. But really wanna try my most concern is it is not gonna blow my engine in long run and dealer will not notice.

Go to the DIY subforum (I believe it's that one), Austin (user on here) has it on his which is the car pictured above. He should be able to give you more insight

Ken,

Luckily our tunes are kept within BMWs safety parameter for this reason. The goal of our tune is for you to enjoy the additional power and drivability of the vehicle without sacrificing reliability. As far BMW noticing we recommend returning the vehicle to the stock tune, which with our handheld takes only about 15 minutes. You can feel free to PM or Call me for more info!

On that note, you're pushing the same boost as a full ///M car (25-26psi) with less cooling, less reinforcement etc so I'm curious to know why BMW engineers thought it was needed for that much boost in the X5M/M5 because I doubt it was for fun. Tunes can be safe, a 10psi tune is a lot for any car (based on what iDrive was showing which is a measured value if I'm not mistaken) I'd think a larger/better intake would be needed for proper air flow. Don't have any additional data showing the engineering parameters of the N63M engine in the G05?

Hey, thanks for the reply. Majority of increases whether a BMW, Ferrari, Mercedes, etc is 3.5-5.5 increase with boost tapering off towards redline mimicking the factory power band (no 10 psi increase on any stock platform. Cannot see what you are mentioning in I Drive but increase is not 10 psi)). Same holds true for the E70 chassis, F15, and now the G05 family. Regarding the parameters those are all within the tuning area of what is changed by our team. Majority is torque limiter, fuel, ignition control... Intakes are hit or miss , in our opinion the factory intake system is perfect.

All pm's have been replied to, thank you. If I have not gotten back please let me know and always available via phone here at the office.

Hey,

Here are two screen shots from the videos above. Regarding the Drive gauges they are also not accurate but these screen shots give a good comparison. Not sure which member that was from but everyone is running the same or a few detuned. Let me know if you have any other questions regarding the tune for your car or feel free to give us a call 7864016520

No one ever said you were being that, not sure why you feel that way. I think your contribution to the forum is top notch. Regarding his screen shot maybe, a spike or something but a 10 psi increase is not possible and the factory fuel system would not be able to support it. Accurate data can be retrieved via the adjustments made in any editing software or an actual gauge but it would require tapping into the factory system.

Increases are not 10 psi and we received two videos with the screen shots above.

Thanks again for the input and taking your time to clarify.
