Anyone using Quick Jack
I have been thinking on getting a Quick Jack car lift for my X5, just wanted to hear about someone that has one before pulling the trigger
By specs, this one seems to be the one to buy https://www.quickjack.com/car-lift-s...-car-lift.html

I have the BL-5000SLX that I use for changing the oil and detailing my C7 grand sport. I love it, it’s great for that sort of thing. It’s pretty compact so you can hang it on your garage wall with optional hangers when you’re not using it. I have not tried to put our X5 on it, but I would suspect you would need to buy the suv kit to make it work.

I recently purchased the 6000. I haven't used it on my wife's X5 yet but I have lifted my 2009 CTS-V 3 times and it is totally worth having. It makes getting under the car so easy. I purchased the SUV adapter too which I think you need with the X5 to get enough ground clearance.
I chose the 6000 because the X5 and CTS jacking points are too far apart for the other models. |

Please post pictures when you lift your X5 if possible Update: Today I took some measures just to be on the safe side and the BL-6000XLT is the one to buy for the X5, here the results of my measures: Tire Spread: 91" (rounded) Lift point spread (min/max): 68" / 73 (rounded) Ground clearance: not a problem >4"
