New to me X5MC
Well, after 7 years and 125,000 miles it was time to say goodbye to Carmine! She was rock solid and literally covered the USA. Loved this P car!!
Welcome a true beast, a BS/SO loaded X5MC....350 miles and CPO'd....let the fun begin...

Just curious why you went BMW X5MC over the new Porsche Cayenne GTS or Turbo?? I am seriously considering the Porsche GTS over the X6MC. I would like to get your take on these two. I realize the new GTS has the 4.0TT V8 (Panny GTS engine) and less power than the M, but has not hit dealerships yet.

The new GTS I spec'd to match our old one was $149k and could not justify the additional $35k! Plus I got maintenance with the BMW, CPO with unlimited mileage and a vehicle that could run circles around a GTS. IMHO! I get it, that Porsche is a premium product but in my mind not "that" much premium!

Just got lucky! Was asking about an M2CS allocation and they said would you be interested in this! Well yes I would be!

I also looked at the GTS v X5M - over here the initial differential price between them is actually reasonably close - it's circa 15K GBP extra for the X5M. Once you factored in the discounts the dealers were willing to do however the balance firmly tipped in the X5s favour. IMO it's a better car for pretty much the same price as the GTS.
