Hey Schafer! Glad you decided to come out I don't think anyone has posted there.

This is the only board I really frequent.

e90post.com night shot at memorial causway signature threshold of 1/1 cars was reached back in May (see below).

Another local E46 M3 owner may have his new 335i coming in next week (he needs it as his daily driver to keep miles off the M), will send this one over to him and mabye tag along

Don't shoot the messenger, bud. =( It takes all day because it does. I don't know why it has to. Once you get an E90 hooked up to the programming station, which takes about 15 minutes, if it needs a lot of modules updated, which yours will since v23 of the programming software is out, it usually takes about 5 hours to complete the update.

Call your dealership and get a direct quote for the installation. I'm just guessing. Our labor rate is $113/hour, and we charge between one and two hours labor for programming, so I told you the high side, at $226.

I hate the game, not the player.

I didn't mean to take my comments out on you so I apologize if it came off that way.

Ever since I got the pics done earlier this year, news has got around about it.... I'm on m3forum.net/e46fanatics.com/tamparacing.com/baybimmers.com/bimmerforums.com/floridagerman.com, so a lot of people see it. Two have already stolen the spot for pics

I knew it was only a matter of time, I'll eventually have to find a new place as soon as signatures start showing up with the memorial bridge in the background. A friend at work actually did the shots, our office is in the area. I told him I'd try and keep it on the down low. So much for that

You should get Michelin Pilot Sport PS2s. That's what I'm running and I'm continually blown away by how incredibly well they handle. Don't have any first hand experience with the Eagle F1's though. It was between those and the PS2s and I decided to spring for the Michelin's. Just earlier today I got a little excited and came into a turn at about 35MPH, 90 degree mind you, and expected the rear end to slide out and prepared to correct the steering with what I learned at the BMW Performance Center. Only, there was no sliding. It stayed the course. Very impressive. The tires are almost too good.

yea ill admit, PS2's are probably the pinnacle of performance, but I dont have the cash for them, I only got the F1's becasue i found a REALLY good deal on them.....but if they are even close to the PS2's ill be happy :rocks:

I'm sure you'll love the F1's. The PS2's are considered just a tiny bit better than the F1's and they're close competitors to begin with. But, even still, the PS2s win.

Hey bud,

I looked into the install on the MOST ipod adapter, and I think I could get it done pretty quickly, and I don't have to pull anything but the cd player and the glove box. Do you have I-Drive?

Yes, I have iDrive. So you won't need to pull the back seat and run any cables from the back of the car to the front? It's all done up at the front? Also, are you a technician for a BMW dealership in California or something like that? How long do you think the install will take?

Thanks for looking into it!
