Ok let’s try this again.

What was the MSRP of the vehicle?

Was the $4900 before or after incentives?

Which dealer and who was the CA?

Why don’t you feel it’s appropriate to share in a public forum? You negotiated a deal to $500 over “invoice.” Continued to negotiate and arrived at $250 over “invoice” but still chose not to order the car? Lol.

Not sure why that's "LOL" worthy... but the reason I haven't ordered is because I don't want to wait 3-4 months for delivery when the market may be even more buyer-friendly than it is now, supply chain issues have improved, and a car may be sitting on the lot already that I don't need to wait for.

Looks right from what I have seen expect usually the training fee is not included in the base number from what I have seen but it has to be added somewhere anyways. (MSRP * 93%) + $500 MACO fee. $72,500 * .93 = 67,425 + 500 + 180 = 68,105.

The base invoice on mine shows 67,925 with an additional 605 for the metallic paint. That's a difference of $180, which I presume is the training fee. I don't have all of the same options as you do, but of the ones listed, they have the same wholesale and MSRP prices as you listed.

Just about every pre-built 50e that is arriving on the local lots has the 21" wheels with split performance tires. Am I crazy for insisting on waiting 3 months for a factory build with 20" wheels and all season tires?!

Aren't performance tires a mistake on a family SUV? Even though I'm in AZ, it still gets cold here in the winter. Plus, I'm not too keen on the harsher ride and more expensive tire replacements.

It depends on where you live and/or if you want to have an extra set of wheels. Many folks, even in the North, will get 21's and 22's and then switch to winter tires for the cold months. I personally think the 20's are the sweet spot for looks, comfort, performance and usability.

Yeah, I don't want to swap out tires in the winter and spending another $950 for a harsher ride and more expensive replacements doesn't seem worth it. The 21" and 22" wheels sure do look nice though.

Trying to pull the trigger on a 50e lease in the tri-state but only seeing 5.25% off msrp + 1K loyalty, 40i coming in at 8.25% + 1K in loyalty. Anyone able to do better this month?

That seems to be a very good deal for a 50e compared to what we had been seeing. Hopefully these recent deals mean that discounts are becoming more plentiful and growing in percentage.

Good to know, my "want" is high on the 50e, air suspension on my X7 m50i has spoiled me.

Do it, 50e are hard allocations to come by, I'd take what you can get on a 50e now.

8% for 50e.

Was able to use a Chinese broker to get 10% off MSRP before incentive for 50e in the early May in Bay area; but had to pay an exorbitant 2% MSRP as broker fee so net 8% MSRP before incentive. That was before the announcement of 3750 tax credit (unfortunately neither me or my build qualify for this tax incentive anyway). I still consider it a decent deal for now.

Separately, there are a couple ~10-13% off MY23 from various bay area dealers (none of them with ACC and mostly non-m-sport) floating around.

I do feel you should be able to get better deal later in the year as the market continues to cool down; I unfortunately had my 21' X3 M40i totaled in a non-fault accident some weeks ago and had to get something soon.

Can you post the actual final quote sheet from the dealer? Obviously censor dealer info.

See attached. I was allowed to choose between cash and bmwfs. I’m more likely to pay cash.

The first line market value sale price is the same price thru online configurator including destination.

So this dealer price is better than the broker's 8 percent off? Thank you.

He is using 8% as net. He received a 10% discount but needs to pay a 2% broker fee.

If you're looking for a decent discount, none of the Atlanta area dealers are worth the effort. Try Macon or Athens BMW. Otherwise use a broker and pick the car up in SC.
