First-Aid Kit

Do these come with a first-aid kit? I opened the rear compartment with cross above it (left side) but there was nothing down there.

The manual references a first-aid kit, but doesn’t indicate where it’s located.

Not included in US-spec, but here is a branded BMW kit:

There's another thread on here where it's discussed, some have gone aftermarket kit + a small fire extinguisher.

I was wondering the same. Plus - if you look under the bottom cover, all the way down, there is this hard foam shaped like it was meant for something specific, not just some generic first aid kit. Mine is empty.

Mine (Belgium) is in the trunk in the compartment above the left rear wheel. I don't know how to name this differently.

Don't get to high expectations about the included first aid kit. Better buy a good one if you want it.

Probably for the spare tire jack.

Here in Australia the spare tire is mandatory, and the BMW spare tire also includes a scissor jack which sits in a foam compartment on top of the spare wheel.

..and yes the First Aid kit comes as standard here, but nothing special - you're not missing out on anything you cant get from Aldis for $10 bucks !

It’s weird BMW didn’t include it. My US spec Audi came with one.

the BMW first aid kits are a novelty souvenir, only enough supplies to treat a minor blister and a graze. As mentioned earlier go get a real kit from the pharmacy. I wouldn't want to be left stranded relying on the BMW branded kit for survival....

BMW First Aid Kit which you can find in one of the online part database sites...look up the 11 digit BMW part nbr. (for item #3 in diagram)...then order online or go to your local BMW dealership's Parts Dept counter & order part #51 47 7 229 149

In my A4 there was a place to attach the warning triangle. I see it in the picture above. Is there a place to attach it in the G05 or B06?

Required by EU law over this way (and can’t see it changing even post Brexit here in the U.K. as it’s crazy for them not to be standard).

Way back when I picked up my GT in Munich, it came with the triangle and first aid kit. They told me to pack it with my luggage when I went home, or it would likely disappear. There's a spot for their triangle in the G05.

I know. But the content of this kit is not really going to help you in case of an emergency.

Where does it go in the G05? The triangle.

It's on page 401 of the operator's manual...in the left-hand storage compartment in the rear.

You paid for it, though. It was an option on my Audi as well as the new VW we juts picked up. $99 for First Aid Kid on the window sticker.. No option to remove because it's in the VIN. You can try to find find one without it, but may not be the color you want.
