BMW individual door plates are only if you get an individual option on non-M Sport models. M Sport models always have the M. I know someone that has an xLine with extended Merino that has the individual door plates.

Ding ding ding. That's the winning answer.

6 of my last Bmw's were M-sport or M-cars and I decided to sit all those M's out this time, but didn't want it to have a "base" feeling. Extended leather on X-lines gives the individual designation.

You do have the first individual exterior color that I've seen though, so your 1st claim holds true to me

Same on the F15 as well.

My F15 40d SE has the Amaro Brown Merino leather with Individual text embossed in the seat leather, as well as the BMW Individual door sill trims

Ametrine will go into production in March. The owner is a vineyard owner who has been asking for a ‘wine colored’ X5. He also is very friendly with many board members at BMW AG who pulled some strings to get this built. I actually drop shipped this car to a Florida dealer so I have not seen it in person.

I'd agree that yours is the first truly individual delivery since the guts AND the paint are individual!

I honestly can't stop looking at the picture, you really put together a beautiful car.

Sounds strange to me. I went to two dealerships trying to get the Ametrin metallic red and was told I could get it for mega bucks, like $5,000 plus. I may be confused but I believe one told me it's not a production color so they'd have to pull the car out of production, do a special paint job and then put it back in.

Anyway, your car looks great Rallyenick. What did you pay if you don't mind - $1,950?
