New Rusch Wheels!
I got my new wheels installed on Thursday. Damir at Rusch was a pleasure to deal with and the wheels fit and look perfect. I went with 295/30/22’s in the front 335/25/22’s in the rear. These Rusch wheels are very high quality. The brushed finish on them is perfect and no need for spacers anymore.
I have an appointment on March 21st to have the car lowered to eliminate this wheel gap but wanted to share these pictures. |

Found this set local for sale. Apparently they are forged, and the seller had something to do with the design He had them made to the specs of his G05 X5 but is now getting a corvette instead. I say apparently because I don’t know him and he is trying to sell me something. Also I honestly don’t know enough about custom wheels yet.
What should I be looking out for when I go take a look at them, and what questions should I be asking? I’m very familiar with the OEM and specs, but not enough about pros and cons of aftermarket wheels. They are: 9.5Jx22 ET37 10.5Jx22 ET43 5x112 66.6 Thanks! |

The wheels you are considering are 1" narrower all around. The front wheel wil be retracted 19mm and the rear wheel will be retracted 13mm from stock, which means that you will need 19mm and 13mm spacers just to get them back to factory specs. If you want a flush fit, you will have to go with a much more aggressive spacer. Factory X5M wheel offsets are: 10.5x21 et31 11.5x22 et43 My offsets are more aggressive than stock, because lowered AND I wanted more of a flush fit; 22x10.5 et10 22x12 et28 I hope this helps! 👍 |

Anybody ever dropped, in other words went to 21R/20F? I would want to retain the current diameter to avoid high watering.
That would be a win for both the performance and the ride, but I haven't found any pictures to try and figure out if the appearance worked for me. |
