Looks fantastic and thank you for your post. I was looking for exactly this setup as my car is also white and I was considering this lip with the side decals!

Were the side decals hard to fit?

Have you done anything with the rear?

Thanks!

The side decals were not hard to fit at all.

The rocker panel decals however.... were a huge pain in the ass, and required stretching with a heat gun.

I did install a cheap set of exhaust tips, based upon the measurements from another member (I bought them before I even had the car). Unfortunately, they did not fit properly. They looked great, but were loose, and even after a tack weld, one fell off.

But.... after proper measurements, I have another.... much nicer.... set on order. Just waiting on the mail. I'll post in my progress thread when I get them installed.

Until they make a CF diffuser for a car with a factory tow package.... nothing else planned for the rear end.

Lots planned for the rest of the car itself though.

Nice and thanks for the great write up!

Would you happen to have a link/reference or a picture of the nut plates you're referring to?

Cool.... I would recommend it.

In addition.... I recommend before it even arrives, go out and purchase:

1) 12 feet of double-sided automotive tape
2) 14 standard 1-inch long bolts, with "about" a 3mm shaft diameter.
3) 14 standard washers to fit the bolts, that are "about" 1/2 inch outside diameter
4) 14 nutplates that match the bolt threads.
5) A 3mm drill bit to drill holes, if you don't already have one.

The spoiler didnt come with tape at all. And the hardware it came with was garbage. Trust me on this one.

The spoiler is not marked with drill hole locations at all, and the directions are useless. You'll have to remove all 3 covers under the car (all 8mm bolts), then tape up the spoiler, then choose appropriate drill hole locations. My best advice is to "feel" behind the bumper first with your fingers, make sure you can fit a nutplate, and THEN drill. There were instances when I couldnt even fit the short end of an allen wrench behind it, because it was so tight. Hold the nutplate behind the bumper with a thick glove, push the bolt/washer through from the bottom, and then use a socket to turn it tight.
Do you have a pic of nutplate you used. I jave a whole kit from them laying for a month or so. Cant make myself to install it. Lol. Being lazy.

Any nuplate really, so long as it matches the threads of the bolt you are using. Just head to the hardware store and pick up 14 bolts, and nutplates that match them.

Here's why;

When you tape the spoiler in place (before you drill holes)... the whole front bumper becomes very stiff, and it makes it impossible to stretch it down to feel behind it.

Those basic nuts they give you will be INCREDIBLY difficult to try to thread on the inside of the bumper. There just isnt enough room to hold them.

With a nutplate, you can hold it "flat" behind the bumper, thread the bolt through, and tighten while holding the nutplate with a pair or gloves.

Thats why I recommended a standard hex bolt (not allen bolts that came with it)... just makes it easier.

Thanks, the explanation helps quite a bit, but there isn't much chance of browsing hardware store shelves around here for a while still I suspect — hence the question, to support online ordering. I assume that picking weather/corrosion-resistant bolt, washer, and nut plate material goes without saying.

Yea..... don't put too much thought into it. The bolts need to be "about" 3mm thick.... and "about" 1 inch long.

The "exact" size doesn't really matter. You'll be drilling holes, and as long as the threads in the bolt fitthe nutplate, you are fine.

Grab something like this:

None. Not sure why or how that works though. Usually I just have things shipped to my US APO address (no taxes)... but there was nothing due when it arrived at my home in Belgium.

$267 for the front splitter
$267 for the side skirts
$215 for the rear splitter

Anything to add to 914's review or installation instructions/tips?

Not at all it actually sits inside the factory skirt. Doesn't stick out at all. It add a very subtle aggressive look
