Home address

Noob question - I can’t find where to change and set a new home address in the iDrive system?!

Thanks, although there is no option to 'Set Home Address'.

I get an option for 'Home Address' but that just selects the current home address (which must have been set by the dealer as it shows a dealer location a few hundred miles away!).

I've born through all the options in the Nav menu but cant find any to set home address?.....

Have you tried - "Hey BMW, set home address"? I don't know if it is supported but worth a shot.

Tried that. Nothing.
Honestly. I’ve been through every setting I can find. I’ve now set a preset button for my home address. Can’t for the life of me find where to set the damn thing!

Resolved.
Removed driver profile completely and logged back in. Option then became active!

Speaking of BMW, I get to set my home address quite frequently using the open hand gesture in iDrive, since it forgets it about once a month. Works well - it tells me "no home address active," and I just tell it again. And again. And again....

I switched of my gesture control - I found it annoying. Every time I wanted to adjust the climate control temperature, for example, iDrive would end up doing something silly!
