An update on this: apparently even the German ordering guide (they just call it "price list" here) doesn't know it all. Full merino leather (at least the Tartufo one) comes with leather lined floor mats (in the main leather color). I was annoyed I couldn't order them as no leather customizations were possible for US production, and then they showed up in the car as standard. Very happy as my BMWs back to the E39 always had them.

Anyone notice the ivory white merino is also white on the lower dash vs the other colors on the online configurator? Is this merino or an ivory sensatec? About to order a 45e. It seems that full leather is not an option so I'm a little confused. I though the upper and lower dash were not leather trimmed on extended merino option.

Definitely biased towards the Ivory w/ Nightblue - the light and dark contrast is beautiful

Are the seats comfortable? I had a 16 MB GLE and the seats were horrible in terms of comfort. I couldn't drive an hour without back and butt pains, which is why I upgraded to the merino seats.

We have extended coffee merino in our X7 and I really like it. I had mocha Nappa in my 5 series but like the coffee better. Seats Looks great with the lux seating package. Also he cognac in past but still think coffee is my favorite.

Same, coffee is the best!

Here's a few close-ups showing the difference between the perforated and non-perforated leather on the Merino Ivory White front seats. My untrained eye and fingers say the perforated part is not the same as the non-perforated part, so for the 2023 45e it seems like the Vernasca for the perforated and Merino for the non-perforated.

If anyone has any other interior material questions I can check for you as well.

Do you have ventilated seats? I've read that, at least in Europe, when ordering ventilated seats that the perforated areas are Sensafin.
