^ Huh?
Anyway, here’s some trivia: Me and Eddie were born one day apart, down to the year. Glenn Frey kicked Don Felder out of the band because he wanted too much money.

Damn, you must play a mean guitar! Too bad about The Eagles. At least they got their hell freezes over period.

Felder says he only wanted the perks that Frey and Henley were getting.....all about perspective I guess.

From the web: "While The Eagles reunited for the "Hell Freezes Over" tour and album in 1994, Felder was fired from the group in 2001 after questioning his financial stake and compensation. He went on to file a lawsuit against Henley and Frey, the results of which are not publicly known." Also.. What happened between Felder and Frey? "He had a famously sour relationship with Frey: In the 1980 concert that marked the end of the group's initial run, Frey and Felder reportedly taunted each other from across stage and brawled after the music ended." So they didn't get along anyway.

Don Felder was the CFO of the "Eagles Corporation"....if you care about hearing his side of the story the interview he did with Howard Stern is pretty interesting.

Everybody's got their story to tell. Not really interested. Was not a big fan of Don Felder.

Weren't Frey and Henley the main songwriters? Hard to argue against that trying to be equal to those 2.

The band folded when Fat Larry died. If you enjoy funky slapping bass, look no further than this song. The band enjoyed some success in Philly back in the late 70’s and early 80’s. |

Well....I guess both NOFX and the Mighty, Mighty Bosstones called it quits last year. The former since, after ~40 years of playing, Fat Mike decided it wasn't fun anymore. The latter... possibly due to the frontman's recent delve down anti-vax sentiment leading to strife within the band.
I honestly prefer the older work of both bands, especially the Bosstones, but each had been playing for so long and were a big part of my musical taste in high school. Bosstones absolutely ripped during their shows, too.
