Like everyone else has said. There is no such thing as targeted fat burning. Exercise is the only way to eventually get your neck back.

Don't waste your time and money on this.....just get off the couch and run or go to the gym.

A quick way is plastic surgery,

but the best way is to go on a controlled diet and exercise at least 4 times a week on a running machine , bike or stepper 45 minutes every session,

Try also not to eat 3 hours before you go to bed,

Will this help? I've gotten in great shape but the double chin has always been a trouble spot for me (genetics). Eating late is one of my cardinal sins, so tough to stop.

Whether or not you eat before bed is a person to person thing but eating fosters good sleep and stable blood sugar for me. The food choice at night that works best for me is fat/protein; fat alone; or fat/protein/green.

Clean up your diet and lifestyle. If you eat right, you express your genetic strengths. Eat wrong, you express your weaknesses.
