HK system experiencing bass drop out

Only had the car for a few weeks and yesterday out of nowhere the bass just stopped working on the HK system. Turned off went into store and when I got back in started working again.

Anyone else experience this? Is it worth bringing into the dealer?

Was it with CarPlay?
I frequently see the volume drop with CarPlay only to come back to normal after a phone call or some other random thing.
I actually resubscribed to Spotify b/c of it.

That said, the bass in the X5 blows to begin with.

Happened to me yesterday.
2020 F95 w/44k - only had the car for a week.

It was not on car play. Yesterday the transmission shifted to neutral at a stop light so going to the dealer
