Yeah, mine changed to QC shortly after. I honestly don’t know why I’m so anxious. It’s not my first BMW and I have a 21 M550 with the same engine and features as the X5.
Probably just the anticipation of something new. I’m the same way with a new gadget even though it may not be much different to what I currently have.

No more gesture control?? My wife’s 22 330e which we picked up a couple weeks ago has it, but I’ve seen a report that a 22 M4 Comp didn’t have it and a 23 X5 45e DID have it, so I’m confused.
Price for the 23’s went up and we get nothing extra for it, but we get stuff deleted?

Seems to be the case - I just assumed GC was included. If you read the release notes for 2023, the removed it from a few models - X3 through X6.

Not a huge deal, but an odd deletion.

Perhaps TurtleBoy can provide some rationale!

Yeah I see it now. I used it occasionally but sometimes it was more of a nuisance than anything. Doubt I’ll miss it, but I just don’t like being charged more for less.

Yes - just normal hand movements would sometimes cause a change. Perhaps they've improved it with the new screen, so they removed it for now.

I called the Genius line - they indicated my X5 was going to leave for delivery tomorrow.

I'd guess it will be in Texas on Saturday, maybe Monday at the latest. Last one I ordered took two days.

I called too and they said mine has a scheduled delivery date of Saturday! Fingers crossed!

My CA just called me and said they are expecting 2 to 3 deliveries between today and next week and mine is one of them but the transport drivers have been very unreliable as of late.
Worst case scenario, it’ll get here next week and they’ll need a day to prep for delivery. I’m like a kid waiting to open presents on Christmas Day, albeit an extremely expensive one!

vjhunter I'm in California so our delivery times should be similar
