Someone want to guide me where to start with these noises that drive my OCD crazy:

1) going over any small hump or imperfections on road, there is a creaking noise from trunk

2) at stop light holding break pedal, when I take foot off brake pedal and onto accelerator pedal there is a thud noise, this is mostly pronounce when wet.

Creaking noise is probably the rear tailgate. Can be adjusted and lubed. Search forum for tailgate noise. You will find instructions.
