remote software upgrade

I have version 03/2021.50, but it says there is no software update. Can that be correct? I think I missed a few software updates. My climate seats don’t automatically come on anymore, so I figured I probably had a software upgrade

Was 2021 really the last version?

No, the current version is 03/2023.xx. Some vehicles just don't receive OTA's. If you take it to your dealer they should update it since it is below 07/2021.
