Anyone else seeing their real time traffic not working? ‘23 X5 45e here, and already did the typical reset, seems to be more of a general service issue.

Yes, my RTTI stopped working Friday afternoon. Did the typical resets, but did not fix anything. Haven't checked since getting home on Friday if it was fixed.

BMW navigation said my drive home was like 25mins, but Google and Waze said it was 40mins (which it was).

was working this past Friday 11/10 on my drive from VA to PA. didn't drive Saturday. not working on drive from PA to VA even after performing 3 telematics reboots. it's gotta be a server/satellite thing

because of this, i didn't use BMW Navi. although i prefer Apple Maps HUD integration, Google Maps was better in avoiding I-95 South traffic

Same here, no live traffic update since 10 NOV on X5 or X3, both 2023 with iDrive 7. "Traffic update unavailable" message. Tried everything--no luck. Called BMW customer service and was put on perpetual hold, gave up. Time for a dealer service visit.

This is happening to many. There are numerous recent threads. It seems to be affecting RTTI, Traffic camera app and Spotify. Everyone had this start on 11/10.

The issue that started on 11/10 for me is that the Spotify app doesn't work. As Cabman said whatever happened could show up in a few functions. I called the Genius line at 844-443-6487 yesterday morning. I was able to leave my phone number for a call back, and they called about a half hour later. They said it's been an issue since last Friday for some vehicles and there are working on it. They want to get the VINs of the vehicles impacted. So not sure how close they are to a resolution. They gave me a case number and told me IT are will contact me via email with the next 10 days. I hadn't realized this thread was out there so I opened one on the iDrive subforum "Spotify app not working on idrive 7". If I hear something back I will post in both places.

RTTI was working again on our '22 45e today, but the loaner '24 X3 BMW gave me RTTI was not working. Though, I am going to assume it's because I wasn't logged into the X3.

I had an issue with my speed camera alerts not working. Tried rebooting i-drive. No luck. I called BMW Genius today and they said they had outages all over the country and were working on it. Issue started Friday afternoon. All is back to normal as of this afternoon.

RTTI not working again

I renewed my subscription, then did all the update Assist stuff, made sure I was logged in and as of two days ago it is not working again. Started 1/25...worked for a nano second the afternoon of 1/26 now is out again

Had this problem recently and thought to register and add the solution that worked for me. I removed my profile from the car, theb logged back in but didn't sync the driver profile. Unsure why it helped, but all works fine now. BTW the other thing it fixed was the remote 3D view missing from the app completely.
