20x9 OEP BMX5 Matt Black / 275/45R20 Michelin Xice Snow It's a square setup which is perfectly fine for winter. The guy suggested 19's, but I said they probably would not fit with msport brakes. Plus 275/45R20 is OEM size. Rob |

Tirerack has a killer closeout deal on BRIDGESTONE BLIZZAK DM-V2 in 275/45R20
We have those tires on my wife's X3 and they are great in the winter. |

Whatever you do, do it quickly as first, there aren't all that many tires made in sizes that fit, and the season is almost over, so the supply is running thin. A smaller wheel is always better for going through snow, and you really do want to stay within the OEM size choices so gearing and speedometer/odometer are not affected.

I always ask my tirerack specialist the latest production dates for any new tires I get to make sure nothing older than 6-12 months base on past experiences. I will be getting the new batch of the DM-V2 or Xice snow size 275/45/20 but cannot decide between them yet. Both are great. |

Going to be hitting some fluctuating temperatures in the next few days from 30s to upper 50s during the daytime (possibly 60) worried with the winter tires but don’t have the set-up to keep changing them in and out all season. Is this going to absolutely destroy my winter tires?

Debating taking off the winter tires and putting all seasons on. Here in the north east it’s been an odd winter, and keep having weeks of 50s and 60s in the day.
