2024 X5MC Mods

Hello,

I’ve had my ‘24 x5m for 4 months now and I’m bored with it. I’m interested in doing full intake and exhaust with tune. What are the best options/combinations? No budget!!

Thanks

From some of the searches I’ve done, noticing a lot of people doing mods based on price. Just want best options if money is not a concern.

X5M, you have a few options out there already. Eventuri or Dinah for the intake. Akrapovic or Eisenmann for exhaust. Those are just a couple off the top of my head, I’m sure there are others.

Akrapovic is also my recommendation. They make stellar products.

I believe the only downpipes out are red star for the s68. Both primary and secondary options. Current tune would be the jb4 piggyback

Any thoughts on Dinan or Eisenmann? I’m currently trying to figure out what to do for a 2021 F95.

Went with redstar DP’s, Akrapovic exhaust and Eventuri intake. Eisenmann and Dinan are also good options. Check YouTube for sound differences.

While looking at Eisenmann and Akrapovic link pipes to combine with the exhausts, I saw there was a notice that the Akra is not legal for street or highway use while I didn’t see a note for this for the Black Series Eisenmann. Am I misinterpreting the Akra warning or can it be used with their exhaust in the US? Thanks!

Hey guys,

New to the BMW world. Fully loving it so far. It’s been about 4 months with the x5 40i. I have about 7500 km on it.

I keep toying with the idea of mods but at the same time I hate putting mods on a 6cyl.

I don’t want to put too much strain on the motor and if anything, mod it to help it out as much as possible.

What you feel about intakes and exhausts?

I’m getting older so I don’t want super aggressive crackling, and my business with clients I can’t be showing up and the thing sounding like sirya.

Find a X5 40i thread as this thread was for the X5M competition model.
