M-sport G05 X5 winter set up

So, I ordered some 275/40/21 Pirelli Scorpion Winter tires from tirerack, and today they've been delivered.

Only problem is the tires tread patterns didn't match any of the pics of the Pirelli Scorpion Winter found all over the internet. Oh, and the tires they shipped me were manufactured on week 27 of 2016!

Yup, I was just sold a "new" set of tires that are two and a half years "old".

Did anyone else get older manufactured tires for their winter sets?

I've reached out to tirerack to see how they can resolve this situation.

I finally got my winter wheels and tires put on today. I thought I have the Blizzaks but, apparently, BMW liked the Michelin Alpin tires better as that is what they put on. I hope they are awesome! haha

Not sure... I have to break it in before I start going crazy... lol (i.e. the new performance software upgrades)

I already have the iND color matched Front Reflector that I still need to get installed...

They only other thing I was thinking about doing was possibly adding a sub/amp in the wheel well. But I want to let the HK system break in a little before I do that as well...

That's really weird. I thought Euro versions didn't have a front side reflector like on F-series. And the European reviews I watched didn't have orange side markers.
I thought that was only a North American regulation.

What do you think.

I ordered the winter wheels as soon as they were available but just got the car so they mounted them for me and stored the summer 21 y spoke wheels.

These are not Niche Misano's. I got GTS wheels. Got them exported from Canada.

Here's my winter setup. 21's Quad Hamburg on 275/40R/21 Pirelli Scorpions. It clears M-Sport brakes just fine and has been driving great and sporty.
