Interesting… my response is in a text box with a green background, but the translation of the response is that same:

Improvement code: STOP024880 My build week was 24, fwiw. So in the US, are people reaching out to the dealer to address this? Or is this a Europe-first thing and the US dealer base will be clueless? |

Thank you to the people who PM'd me their VINs. Unfortunately both of the tools that I tried came up with no open recalls or technical enhancements for the VINs. I'm going to keep looking around but hopefully someone will be able to post the stop sale details soon.

I'm assuming that is the case if the car is already delivered. We can't sell it though

My 50e was June 2nd I think. I received nothing and on the German site appear to be all clear. MyBMW app also has a recall section and nothing there (recognize this is not a “recall”).

I had the flight tickets to S. Carolina, to pick up the car on 21, drive across country, make a family vacation out of it. Current lease ends on 18th.

Not freaked out at all. Just staying up to date on what’s evolving since it’s interesting as someone focused enough to spend time on these forums. It’s also fun being ahead of the BMW SA on the knowledge front.
