225/45/18 on my 335i ok or not

Hi, I just bought 4 toyo observe 225/45/18 and I realize that they are 3.79% taller compare to the oem! Will it be a big problem?

as long as all 4 are the same OD, the only effects will be adjustment in speedo/MPG readings. There will be a bit less responsiveness but a softer ride.
