Clear Bra Wrap from BMW Dealer - Question

We just picked up our new x5 50e with the M Sport package last week. We also selected the clear bra protective wrap the BMW dealer offers and we picked the "Full Front Clip" option and we noticed the black part of the bumper between the upper and lower grill was not wrapped. See pictures below. I brought it up to our sales guy and he is making up some awful excuses of why it was not wrapped. He was great to work with but i wanted to check with other fellow owners first before pushing back.

Question: For those who have a M Sport package and purchased the "Full Front Clip" protective clear bra wrap from the dealer; was the black part of your bumper (circled in red below) wrapped with clear bra?

I do not at the moment but can get one this evening. Im positive it is not wrapped. I can see all the other clear bra edges on other parts of the bumper.

The reasons why they said it wasn't wrapped was:
1. "It isnt wrapped because it is not a painted surface"
2. Stated its actually molded plastic, not painted.

Not dealer installed but full front end means full front end. Regardless of it being painted or not. I’m going to be getting my vehicle PPF completed and that shop wraps everything including the headlights. Another reason why I don’t do stuff through the dealership.

I agree 100%. Full front end means the entire thing especially the massive flat part of the bumper that will be taking on the majority of the road debris

We got the full front clip clear bra and window tint thrown in for free, that's why we went through the dealer.

True! I would fight them on that. If not just have a local shop do it since the dealership threw the PPF in for free. I’m sure that area wouldn’t cost much.
