Does anyone know a vin decoder site that actually works? I tried m decoder but it always says "You have reached a daily limit for using decoder service". I know that my car has been manufactured because my dealer told me!

I have heard on here that most of the vin decoder sites do not return results. Not sure if it only BMW

I advise you to use check vin when buying a car in order to understand the history of the car. VIN is not just a set of numbers. This is encrypted data about the manufacturer, year of production of the car, and configuration. In addition, you can use the VIN number to find out the entire biography of the vehicle

Seems they just are locking out us folks in the USA for some reason.

That site says I've used my daily limit, which is hogwash. They just want money.

Or VPN it via Germany - for some reason, I've never hit a limit when I switched my traffic source over

I just tried it on my Galaxy S10+ and the same message. I've never tried using the mdecoder on the phone. So to me, mdecoder is useless.
