4 years with BMW, 3 years with a '16 535i and 1st year with the'19 X5. So far I've had no issues whatsoever. Before the iDrive update, yes, Carplay was in and out but since the update, the connection has been pretty flawless. I can't really complain so far.
Wife has a '19 MDX and also can't complain about it. No issues whatsoever. Drives fine as well. Maybe we're the lucky few?

Is the whistle noise from the vents/center dash or moonroof area? I thought I had the same issue, and someone mentioned it might be the vents. ive been too lazy to go to the dealer as well!

Sorry for your pain. Mine has been perfect. Must have been built on a good day. I hope you get it sorted out. I think the G05 is an amazing vehicle. No regrets at all.
