Include Adaptive drive on Profile

I have been trying to add Adaptive drive into my personal profile without any luck, don't know if it's possible, the idea is to start the car in adaptive mode and not in comfort

You need to be able to FDL code BDC_BODY3 ECU:

ECU: BDC_BODY3/00007083
FDL: FesPiaDefaultLastUserMode to value 02 for Sport Pro/Plus mode

Complete set of FesPiaDefaultLastUserMode codes are listed here. The mode needs to be enabled on the car for these to work:
01 - Sport
02 - Sport Pro/Plus
03 - Sport Individual
04 - Comfort
05 - Comfort Plus
06 - Comfort Individual
07 - Eco
08 - Eco Plus
09 - Eco Individual
0A - Adaptive

Are you using Launcher Pro or EsyX? When I get my car I want to dive into the coding arena. I'm a complete noob when it comes to that, so I'll probably start asking a bunch of dumb questions.

Thanks a lot for taking your time explaining
Is it possible to code it in expert mode with BimmerCode?

Not until BimmerCode supports BDC_BODY3 ECU. So ... not yet.

Ask away, there's no such thing as asking dumb questions, just those that abuse this privilege.... and dumb answers, there's that too.
I did the same, started diving into coding with my new G05 about 6 months ago. I recommend leading it by requesting a token for esys from tokenmaster because that may take a little while, or starting a savings budget for esysx. Google for "coding no request" and that will get you a good start on a different forum with loads of information. Start reading the pdf handouts and after a couple of times reading and watching some YouTube videos you'll still be confused. After you get esys running and your car connected, and you play with it it'll start making sense very quickly.

Yeah I was debating whether or not to go the Token Master route or EsysX - I've heard it sometimes takes quite a while for TM to respond, so at least EsysX is instant, but at 120 euro - that's a steep price for software I'll only use sporadically.

It's a hobby, so the cost has to be weighted against your individual value of that particular distraction.

I have both Launcher Pro and ESysX setups. Both work fine with latest psdzdata for what I've done so far. ESysX is easier/less stressful to acquire. Launcher Pro Cheat Code file management is a bit more functional and easier to use than ESysX — that's a pretty minor thing and ESysX may improve as the developer seems to have understood my request to improve a bit. So both are extremely similar in daily use.

... too add to what was stated earlier.
