I wanted to order 21" wheels but I don't want performance tires. I would like all-season tires. Is there a way for the dealer to modify this? Or do I have to get the "packaged tires" and buy a set of all seasons later?

It can't be ordered with all-seasons. You can work with your dealer and maybe they will switch them for you prior to delivery if you buy a set someplace.
