What tire size are you running? If it's the 275/35/22 (front) and 315/30/22 (rear) I don't believe they're run flat. Even though the Contis premium contact 6 have SSR (run flat technology) available, it may not be applicable on all sizes for that tire.

My guess is that the website is wrong, in the 22 size for the X5 its non-run-flat for the US. I couldn't imagine they would make an already niche product even more niche, by producing run-flats for one country. We have already seen website listing the Conti 22 as all-season when in fact they are summer only tires. The star does not indicate run-flat, it indicates BMW OEM tire.

Love the blue looks awesome. I feel like the carbon black on my x3 had more blue in it. Ive got to take some pro glam shots of my x5 at some point all of them are in my driveway. I need a sunset pic or infamous empty parking garage pic. Need to wait for the weather to get better lol

Absolutely love the dark 22’s on my ‘23 I picked up last month. Cannot comment on ride quality vs smaller since I came from a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon that would rattle your fillings out at idle speed. The ride with the 22’s is sublime to me.

I have a 45e on air suspension along with a Rubicon and I think they both drive very nice!

I don’t find the 22s ride harsh but I do find the suspension is too soft. There’s a lot of movement with the body.

The X with a water droplet indicates where you can locate a wet wear indicator on the tread. It's different from the ordinary tire wear indicator (TWI) that will indicate when the tire needs to be replaced. The wet wear indicator indicates when the tires should no longer be used on wet conditions. The indicator is "activated" when the tread depth hits 3mm, as the performance will have significantly been reduced and Continental deems the tire no longer safe on wet roads.
