BMW Emblem Door Projectors

Hello,
Sorry if I missed this somewhere else.
I'm thinking of having the dealer install them before we pick it up? I also saw where there is some projection, I'm assuming from the mirrors, when you unlock the car (odd lines)? Is this going to look too busy? Anyone add the door light projectors?

you're thinking of the welcome light carpet which are projected from the front of the side valences. they come standard and are already installed.

Thanks....so would the projected emblem look stupid?

many have installed the door projectors, but there have been fitment issues between the parts (both third party and OEM) and the door hole. i bought them but haven't installed. i think they look fine and aren't too 'busy'

I read where the OEM parts were "tight" but that they will go in.

Cannot find 'after market' projector lights (BMW logo) for 2022 X5 Hybrid. Most sites state that they will NOT work (install) on G05. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hey, I have a 2022 x5 45e. I bought OEM door projectors from the dealership and installed them myself. They definitely do not fit so I had to trim the door panel from the bottom. But they are certainly worth it because they look dope.

Just bought some generic ones from Amazon will let you know how that goes….

They replace the existing lights in each door. I've installed the generic ones from Amazon last summer. $20 for a set of four: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...0?ie=UTF8&th=1
