So I’ve been reading many posts on here after ordering my first BMW. I’m new to BMW and I’m a little disappointed that my SA didn’t know the massaging seats added the climate package I live in Miami and in the summer the ventilated seats in my Lexus have been amazing. I just tested the massage seat trick out myself on the build app and sure enough it populated. If I’m willing to wait is it really an issue to let them know you want to rebuild your car?

Keep in mind, the Configurator does not represent what is available to build. It often either gives options or is missing options that are available. That said, contact your CA (SA is a service advisor and CA is a client advisor - salesperson) and ask them to try and add what you want. As long as you aren't in Production Begins you can make changes.

OK my bad it was a CA but my car was already in the production begins when I figured this out

I would talk to the CA and let them know. They may let you reorder without you losing your deposit. The bad part is that it is at the end of the MY so they may not want an old MY vehicle on the lot that they have to try and sell. Especially being an X6.
