Stock car vs order

New to forum

Walked into the local dealer I search for the new X5. Current F15 is c3.5yrs old and picked up a new G05 X5 X5 30D M sport with a very good spec 22" alloys, M sport Pro comfort access. C.£12k of options

It's one of their stock cars and not one that I've configured. I believe I managed to get a good deal - 10% dealer deal plus service package, Gap insurance and alloy and tyre cover and dent cover.

Like to get thoughts if it's a good deal?

It's a stock car and therefore pick up in couple of weeks and not a long wait time

Thoughts?

If it's got everything that you would have ordered yourself, go for it!

No difference, just repackaging of options in the USA - comfort handling package, premium, driving assistance pro.

Anticipated change is later this year when the M50i rolls out and replaces 50i.

Before you take delivery, I would insist they update the idrive to 3/2019 or newer date and test the heck out of all the features before you sign the dotted line if you're taking a build date that old.

Thanks - is that the most recent stable version for the UK market?

Sounds reasonable to me. I took a stock G05 although it had not been built but VIN allocated and therefore spec could not be charged. 3.0d Msport in Arctic Grey black interior, MSport plus pack with 742 alloys and technology pack. 14.8% discount, full tank of fuel and free paint/ interior protection. Couldn't get service pack thrown in.
