I'd pay extra for that. Whatever helps

Have you guys tried CoQ10 as an alternate means of increasing ATP production, without the potential drawbacks of creatine?

but science (posts above) show that you can get more gains without supplements.

Before I go to the gym, I eat like 24 cups of watermelon to make sure I get my 5g of citrulline to help with NO and pumps.

Been at this since I was 21 and I'm damn near 40. Majority of the supplements are garbage. The only thing I personally take is protein from MyProtein.

Best pre-workout is a cup of coffee; or just add a teaspoon of instant coffee to your pre-workout shake.. If you are dragging ass before all your workouts then your diet sucks and you are probably not getting enough rest.

Best supplement you can spend your money on is NUTRITIOUS food. That is what will get you the gains you want. The only other thing that will absolutely, positively put meat on your frame is anabolic steroids. The rest of the shit out there is pretty much just money down the drain.

supplements aren't necessary, but getting bigger isn't necessary either.

nonsense. there are a few good things that are worth the money. use something with some caffeine in it, add phosphatidic acid, 2:1 citruline malate, and argonine. glutamine after with protein.
none of these replace eating correctly, but they do make a large difference.

The typical western diet high in fats, carbs and sugar doesn't provide all the necessary/essential nutrients for sustained good health. Supplements are needed I believe.

I think I posted in this thread earlier but unless you want to get into stuff that's both dangerous and illegal the best you can do is good nutrition and hard, hard work.

With that said, steroids, insulin, growth hormone, EPO, peptides like GW501516 all do work. But don't do the last one, you might get cancer. The rest will kill you in more germane ways.
