The post isnt about getting the loan or not. It was about the $25 joke you receive when you apply. FYI I did not want the loan cuz it is not good, not because I was denied.

Earlier posts sound like you got turned down because you didn't have enough cash for down payment and reserves.

For all the other million dollar loans you have been turned down for they normally give you a lot more?

I don't understand what people normally get for loans they are declined for because it has never happened to me.
