My BMW app shows software 03/2022.71

My BMW app says the software of my X5 xDrive40i is up to date. It also says software version 03/2022.71 is the latest software running on my X5. I see here that there are other versions that appear more recent. We purchased the X5 new in July 2022.
Is this right about the software version that I have?

There are much newer versions but the OTA process does not work for some vehicles. Unfortunately BMW no longer considers that a problem if the vehicle is on 07/2021.xx or later. Some dealers will update you for free but most will charge you if the update is not covered by warranty.

If you are happy with how things are running then I would say leave things as they are unless they do it for free.
