Hmm... it shouldn't be as it was a new ordered car and it arrived just before the dealer closed today. It is interesting to see this.

Don't worry about it yet, let's see how things play out.

As an aside, from the pictures those seats would not bother me at all.

Yeah I really needed to take a better photo that represents more accurately. The dealer was closing in a minute so I rushed it But even with real eye view, blue circles doesn't bother me also.

Got sit in and setup my X5 at the dealer today, but it's still there because they didn't have it fully charged. They gave me a X5 loaner to take home and the CA will bring my X5 to my house tomorrow morning.

I might be going to talk with BMWNA for the yellow circled ones.

And today, I was able to see the front seats but front is not in good shape also. Actually, I might say it is worse. And the dealer says- everything is fine, claiming it will get better. Well, for front seat, the seat bolsters were already wrinkled before even having a test drive before final contract, will that get better? Lol. Not at all. And with so much wrinkles on front also, I took some photo with timestamp so later if it gets bad so quick, I will send email for warranty.

If I have any updates, I will post on Rear seat wrinkle thread.

My week 43 timeline:

8/15 order placed (2nd order)
9/1 scheduled for production
9/22 back to order received
11/3 back to scheduled for production
10/14 entered production (Estimated production date 10/28)
10/28 awaiting carrier assignment
10/29 Dispatched from Factory
11/1 Arrived at the dealer
11/3 set up at dealer (could not take it because it wasn’t fully charged)
11/4 CA delivered my X5 to my home.

11/5 - hoping to drive the 45e for the first time. Other than test driving the 40i model back in April and driving a 40i demo home on Thursday I look forward to driving this hybrid model.

My dealer says they receive the cargo manifest 1 week prior to it actually arriving on island and they're hoping it'll be soon.

yeah dude, I wanna know what happens. I ordered the Ivory Merino leather also. I'd hate to see that.

Depending on the fronts, I'd probably live with it as mine will get here probably just before Dec 31 and I'd want the tax break. Good chance this next 45e for me, which is a replacement for a faulty one, I'll only keep until the 2024s come out anyway.
