The blue HB indicator will stay illuminated as the anti-dazzle feature is working. But, if the system cannot figure out a solution to avoid blinding oncoming traffic, the high beams, including anti-dazzle will switch off and the blue light will extinguish. When the risk of blinding on coming traffic goes away, the anti-dazzle will automatically switch back on and the blue HB light will turn back on.

To recap: The anti-dazzle feature cannot compensate for all situations and will turn itself off and on, as necessary.
