How to find features list using VIN

Hi guys,

I bought a '22 X5 40i but exported it to Europe and need a document stating it is a mild hybrid ( by doing so I get a 50% excise tax reduction). When I browse BMWUSA I can see in the features this info (see attachment) but I need that nfo listed together with my VIN number. In europe you can apply for Certificate of Conformity that is unique to your VIN number - is there a simillar document in the US?

Do you know if car dealers can see lists of features of cars they had sold previously?

Is the certificate I attached the only certificate of conformity I get on a car in the US?

Unfortunately VIN decoders do not show the mild-hybrid from what I have seen. Maybe you can use the pricing guide to show that the MY22 had the 48v Mild Hybrid system. If you need a copy let me know.

Have you tried to add your car to https://mygarage.bmwusa.com/? It has an "Add Vehicle" using the VIN. If you can add your car, you can see your car's specs and the VIN shows on the screen. Not sure if that would be "official" enough for what you need or not.
