does the X5M have the M5's expansion tank issue?

saw that the expansion tank on ours is in a different spot, further away from the block than on the M5. do we still have the same leaking issues as the M5 guys?

Leaking? Never experienced any in my F90!

never seen it on the F95. I think it has to do with it being away from the engine heat where as the F90 its right above the turbos.
