Not that it will be a production feature, but if it were, it would only be an expression that the owner is a d*ck.

The wrap has liquid in it...not sure how practical it would be on a vehicle unless they can make it more robust and prevent it from freezing in the cold. The applied electrical field causes either the white or black to be pushed to the surface of the liquid against the outer surface based on the voltage polarity applied. Sort of like liquid crystals, and their change/move velocity slows considerably when it gets colder.
