The BOSCH ECU is still blocked for chiptuning, more than 3 years after BMW has chosen to put this security.

If you are looking for this, you have two options which I found very expensive :
1) your tuner take off the calculator and send it to the only factory where it can be cracked. Your car is unusable for 1 week and there is a high risk due to freight.
2) AC Schnitzer has a cabled box that your BMW dealer can put in place. You get a 3 years more warranty, but look at the price....

I searched for these informations so many month, I wanted to give the information for the others.

AC Schnitzer cabled box? Never heard of this. Does this allow you to do an ECM flash tune?
