I’ve been using Marine Traffic. I think mine might be on the Orion Highway which left Charleston on the 21st Nov or the Arc Integrity.

The Orion Highway is a K-Line ship so there is no tracking by VIN number but I was hoping there would be with the Arc Integrity. The following website doesn’t show anything with a VIN starting WBATA leaving Charleston on the 25th though...

My car was departed plant on 11th November but isn't yet in the UK according to the Genius today. Any idea when likely ships are due in as the expected delivery to dealer date changes every time I ask them?

I think - purely by process of elimination - that mine is on the K-Line ship Orion Highway.

It left Charleston on the 21st November, is currently at Bremerhaven and is due in to Southampton on Saturday.

My expected delivery date to dealer is week commencing 7th December.

I just checked with the genius chat...Faraaz told me my car departed Charleston port on the 20th November around midday. He couldn't tell me what vessel it was on and that it was due at the dealer in the uk on week of 28 Dec.

Seems quite a bit behind your ETA Gary yet apparently departed Charleston within a day of yours

Yeh that’s strange. The Orion Highway got to Charleston on the 20th and left on the 21st. It leaves Bremerhaven tomorrow to get to Southampton on Saturday.

Maybe once it gets to Southampton they use different companies based on the dealer? My dealer (Sytner Sheffield) is arranging to get the car next week , do the PDIs etc and get it to me hopefully w/c 14th.

Who was your dealer again? Perhaps they don’t have transport from Southampton as quick so might take longer?

My X5 45e was built on the 31/10/2020 and my dealer has told me that it arrived at Southampton 26/11/2020 but it is not due to depart from Southampton until the 10th Dec?. Maybe Sytner have got there own transport?

The dealer is Williams Manchester...

I checked the vessel departures from Charleston and there was one of the arc vessels (Honor) that departed on the 20th...although my understanding is that it calls at a few US ports before returning to Charleston then over to Bremerhaven! Think a check with the dealer could be worthwhile.

I just had a quick check online and it looks like the Orion Highway left Bremerhaven yesterday (Sun 6th) and now arrives in Southampton around 20:00 this evening. Still in time to beat Brexit and hopefully all our cars are on board.

I've made a call into the leasing company and asked them to get a more detailed update if possible from the dealer. Fingers crossed it comes forward - will update on here once they come back.

Also asked them to get a quote for a set of front and rear rubber mats as well as a rubber boot liner (think it'll be ~£200 all in) - they can throw them into the boot for me when they deliver the car.

It looks like the Orion Highway finally docked in Southampton at 10:45 this morning. I wonder how long they take to unload - it looks like it might be around 24 hours.

I checked with the genius chat - although my car was "USA to Bremerhaven" on 20th Nov there's no more updates on the system. Was hoping it'd be showing as arrived in Southampton!

Would be good to hear if you're getting any updates on your order arriving at the UK port. Still got me on for week of 28th Dec arriving at the dealer

The Orion highway is just passing Calais after having left Southampton, next stop Zeebrugge. Hopefully will show our cars having been offloaded soon. Too much suspense...

"Your vehicle has now arrived in the UK and is due to arrive at your centre shortly. They will contact you soon to arrange a handover appointment.

The current status is Awaiting Dispatch to Centre with an estimated date of 14/12."

Well, after being told mines departed Charleston 20th November, spoke to Aziz there who said it was still at Charleston then said it may be on a vessel and the system hasn't updated. Was hoping to join the "arrived in uk" celebration!

Got an email from the actual dealer today wanting to check my address for delivery as it’s a company car. Even though the car is still at Southampton they’re provisionally booking a transporter to bring it to me week commencing 21st December. Woohoo!
