US Spec delivered in Korea now in USA Major problems
I took delivery of a US spec 2020 X5 in Korea last year. Now I'm in the USA and the dealer cannot get the navi and multiple other items to work that I paid for. The navi was never turned on in Korea (Koreans would not allow). I believe they coded something to disable stuff. Does anyone have any info that could help my local dealer? Much appreciate!!

Thanks all! They opened some case the Genius mentioned, can't remember the name but that failed to resolve. Now they opened a PUMA <sp> case with BMW to try and fix.
