Right parking brake actuator install? Easy as it looks?

So the right parking brake actuator was damaged by road debris and the dealership wants $900 to replace and install...the part (P/N 34216888850) can be found for around $400. Based on the pictures send by the dealer and the pictures of the part, it looks to be a simple replacement...am I missing something here? Any tips?

Thanks!
