eh, I've been working on the design for the new house I'm building. Looking at a 4 car garage, maybe 5, depending on the lot. When you're building the house, it really doesn't cost much to add another garage. Just need to figure out where I'm building! Need my wife to decide where she's taking a job, then I'll register my company and get moving!

i think were on 2 different pages, i dont live in manhattan i live in one of the boroughs, but i mean its not like i can walk down the block look at open land and say i want to build my dream house here(there is no open land)

Yeah, I couldn't handle the vertical living in NYC. I love the City, actually I like almost any city for a period of time, but I really like having some land around me. We're looking hard at SLC - I could literally snowmobile right out the back door, 10 min from the hospital, 20 min from Park City, 20 min from the airport, and plenty of land to keep the business busy. Denver is our 2nd choice, but I couldn't live IN the mountains. I'd have to be closer to the city for my wife.

yea i cant live in nyc.. not that i dont mind it but i need to be able to have a garage for my cars and parking my car in a parking lot 2 blocks away with i dont know who parking next to me just isnt gonna work...

thats cool, there are some good people from out there, im lmao over her about the lon guyland comment its soo true, we have a different accent over here... honestly you really cant even buy just land anymore out there, its all really built on.. i mean you can but its not common, it would depend on what town you live in my parents live on the north shore of li, and it gets pricey up there.. so i would say you guestimate is about right for the north shore...

yea the east coast does have some nice places, and i love it here, i really want to see the rockies, dont want to live their though... maybe a nice vacation this winter..
