Sunroof exterior rubber seal
Was washing the car today and noticed one side of the rubber trim around the sunroof is shorter than the other side is anybody else's the same.

While mine seems to have a slightly bigger gap on the passenger side its def. not as bad as yours. I would bring it to the dealers attention for sure.

I spoke to someone else I know and they have a gap on one side also does anyone think it might be drainage for rain water if everyone's the same.

The same at my G05. I found noise a few months ago.
I told dealer that i have some noise over my head, even louder noise when it is wet. They didnt found nothing Than i took ladder and saw it immediately, they will fix now For to time to fix it i put tape above. |

Booked into bmw earlier this work and they replaced 2 of the rubber seals on the sunroof told them it was noisy at high speeds they also updated software to 11/2021.40 cannot see anything new though
