That seems like a great deal and strikingly similar to what I'm looking for. How hard did you have to work to get that discount? I'm in Southern California and looking for dealer recommendations

I got an original quote from a local dealer that was OK, then checked another nearby dealer who gave me a much better price. Went back to the local dealer who came close to matching the price, so I decided to buy from them. Not hard at all.

My mom just got a X5 from BMW of Gwinnett Place. She got 10% off MSRP plus rebates. Ask for Daniel in the new car show room. His number is 404-988-4111

Took PCD on 3/27, finalized paperwork at dealer 3/26.
I got right at 10% off. Didn't qualify for any incentives, didn't want to finance.
BMWCCA rebate brings it to just over 11% off.

Dealer document fees
$504.85 (I’ve seen these fees from another dealer for over $800)
State sales tax
$4289.02
Tire tax
$6.

What are the current rebates for leasing an X5 2019 (excluding BMWCCA)?

Is it $750 (leasing credit) + $750 (loyality rebate) = $1500?
The example below is for NJ, USA

Edit: NM, saw the updated first post (where is this data from?):
X5 (2019MY)
15k miles / 56% residual
12k miles / 58% residual
10k miles / 59% residual

$1250 loyalty credit

Something is not adding up. You have a almost 14% discount. Either you have equity on your turn in, vehicle is a demo, you are putting cash down or something. Please list all line items to take a better look. Everything else checking out, definitely a great deal.

This is an OUTSTANDING deal!

That payment is super low for this vehicle. I would be all over this if any local dealer offered this.
How much out of pocket?

Higher Money Factor

Any advice for a dealer telling me their best money factor is .00228?

May have more questions soon. The information here has been invaluable as we start the lease purchase process at BMW!
